Music House Productions operate in conjunction with Paypal who deliver one of the most secure payment platforms
in the world. When you place an order with Music House Productions a secure server software, 168 bits SSL (the highest
level commercially available) encrypts all your credit card details. We then follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us.

Delivery Information and Costs
We endeavour to dispatch items within 24 hours of placing the order. If for some reason the item is not in stock we will contact you immediately by e-mail and let you know the projected delivery date. We will also give you the opportunity for a refund of your monies at that stage. Items ordered on Saturday and Sunday are dispatched on the Monday.
Delivery is made by Royal Mail Second Class Post. Postage and Packing and within
1) The UK is a flat rate of £1.50 for a single item and £1.00 per item for all subsequent items
2) Europe is a flat rate of £2.00 for a single item and £1.25 per item for all subsequent items
3) The Rest of the World is a flat rate of £2.50 for a single item and £1.50 per item for all subsequent items
